Chandler Purchase and Rental Stats for March

579 homes sold in March, 2005, in the Chandler Real Estate market, 509 of which were actual houses. A few sold just below asking price, but generally, they went from $5K to $40K above asking price.

I compared this to the Gilbert Real Estate market, since it is the similar, adjacent community. In March, Gilbert sold 502 homes, 478 of which were houses. The statistics are consistantly similar with Chandler's.
