A few sold just below asking price, but generally, they went from $5K to $40K above asking price.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I compared this to the &lt;a href="http://www.kay-lee.com/azgilbert.htm"&gt;Gilbert Real Estate&lt;/a&gt; market, since it is the similar, adjacent community.  In March, Gilbert sold 502 homes, 478 of which were houses.
